Marketplace booths are identical to the juried section of the festival and are strategically placed between the main parking area, the Music Festival section and the Arts Festival.

Marketplace booths are for Retail Companies and Non-Profit organizations (proof of 501(c)(3) status required). If you are a retailer, professional service, healthcare provider, service industry or basically any business (other than food or beverage sales (on-site consumption): then this is the place for you.
Marketplace Booths are not for Arts & Crafts booths as an alternative to entry to the Arts Festival.
That’s right – expose yourself to 120,000 buyers. The Rotary Club of Cape Coral is offering you the opportunity to expose your business to over 120,000 visitors at the 36th Cape Coral Arts & Music Festival's Marketplace. The Festival takes place annually on the second weekend of January. The next opportunity is Jan 9 and 10, 2021.
This is not like any other kind of special event. Attendees have higher than average incomes and are there to spend money.
January 9-10, 2021 from 10am to 5pm (9pm optional) on Saturday and 10am to 5pm on Sunday.
The 36th Cape Coral Arts & Music Festival. This is the big one! Ranked as the largest special event in Lee County by the Visitor and Convention Bureau and Tourist Development of Lee County. The Festival is also ranked as the 8th best Art Festival in the United States.
In the South Cape District in Cape Coral on Cape Coral Parkway from Del Prado to SE 10th Place and then north to Club Square.
The Cape Coral Festival of the Arts has expanded into the Cape Coral Arts & Music Festival. We will be anchored by the art exhibitors at one end and a music festival at the other with Marketplace booths in the middle! We will line the streets with booths for businesses who want to get the best publicity and take advantage of 120,000 who are there to BUY!

In order to exhibit in the Cape Coral Arts & Music Festival, I agree to have liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 and provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Cape Coral Rotary Foundation, Inc. as additional insured. Certificates are due by Dec 30th, 2020.

PARK on Cape Coral Parkway AFTER 4PM on Friday!
NO Loudspeakers, amplifiers, Yelling, shouting and the like. CITY ORDINANCE ARTICLE II §12-22 Cape Coral Noise Control Ordinance.
No sharing, one business or non-profit per booth.
No Food or Beverage for on site consumption may be sold.
Packaged food for off site consumption is allowed.
Each Exhibitor must comply with all pertinent State of Florida sales tax regulations.
Official Exhibitor I.D. badges will be issued and must be worn at all times by the Exhibitor.
All Exhibitors must check in between 6:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 8, 2021 or between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 9, 2021. Check in is REQUIRED prior to beginning setup. Failure to check in by 8:00 a.m. will result in loss of your space and your fee forfeited.
Displays must be set up by 10:00am daily. No booth may be dismantled prior to the 5:00 p.m.closing. Exhibitors are encouraged to remain open during the Music Festival which will run as late as 11 pm. on Saturday. Displays must be manned at all times by the Exhibitor. Exhibitors must furnish their own displays. Displays must be strong enough to withstand winds and crowds. Exhibitors may not use stakes. Exhibitors are responsible for damages caused by these displays.
All Exhibitors must park their vehicles in designated areas. Vehicles must be off the Parkway by 9:00 a.m. on Saturday morning and by 7:00 p.m. on Sunday evening.
Ordering a Marketplace booth means you agree to the following:
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Cape Coral Arts & Music Festival, Cape Coral Rotary Club, Inc. and/or The Cape Coral Rotary Foundation, Inc. against any and all claims, causes of action, suits, demands, liability, and reasonable costs, expenses and attorney’s fees arising from any an all claims, demands, actions, suits or proceedings in which they may be involved or threatened to be involved, as a party or otherwise, arising out of my actions at the Cape Coral Arts & Music Festival.
I hereby also agree that neither I nor my agent(s) will utilize stakes, or any other like device or instrument to damage or otherwise cause the pavement/black top of Cape Coral Parkway to be punctured. I further agree to pay to the Cape Coral Arts & Music Festival, Cape Coral Rotary Club, Inc., or The Cape Coral Rotary Foundation, Inc. an amount not less than $250.00 per stake/puncture up to the amount of the actual cost of repair if exceeding $250.00 per stake/puncture.
